No direct selling or commission based pay.
Full time/ Salaried position Assists management in formulating marketing and operational policies and procedures.
Inspects these functions to evaluate their effectiveness.
Compiles required and special reports and prepares recommendations on findings for management evaluations.
Supervises representative sales force by aiding management in selection, education and dismissal procedures.
Travels to Representative sales offices for educational seminars and engineering calls.
Interviews possible new representative candidates; and recommends their findings.
Motivates representative sales force.
Helps solve application problems and design problems.
Supplements representative's sales force.
Conducts engineering seminars and trade shows.
Designs and redesigns sales literature.
Maintains active contact with all sales representatives either in person or by telephone.
Negotiates and prices jobs with sales representatives in a professional manner.
Understand and applies sales multipliers per company policy.
Ability to develop specifications and design criteria for custom made products.
