Summary:
The Building/Maintenance Technician will perform preventative and on-going general maintenance and repairs of club equipment and club facilities to include plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, heating and cooling, and other building systems.
Typical Schedule for this position is:

00PM Essential Job Functions:
Repair and upkeep of all cardio equipment, weight machines, tanning, and hydro massage beds, etc.
Mechanical systems repair and upkeep such as plumbing, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, and electrical.
Facility upkeep, including painting and general handyman tasks.
Collaborate with management in coordinating external services for warranty issues, extensive repairs and inspections.
Execute annual, monthly, and weekly maintenance schedules for equipment and facility.
Provide +1 customer service to club managers addressing and resolving all facility and equipment issues within the scheduled agreed upon timeframe.
Respond and resolve emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.
Complete weekly report for your region.
Work on special projects as necessary.
Job Requirements:
Valid Driver's License.
Ability to travel up to 75% of time.
High school diploma/GED equivalent required.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Knowledge of facility maintenance and repairs.
Ability to operate a variety of tools and equipment.
Superior customer service and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and to multitask.
Basic computer skills.
Current CPR Certification recommended.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to occasionally lift over 80 pounds.
Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals.
Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift.
Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
Frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, pinching pulling and grasping.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
