Food & Beverage Attendant (Cat 4)

Job DescriptionProvides quick, courteous, food service to Guests.
Follows all Company service and operating standards.
Complies with all federal, state, and local regulations.
Be aware of how all food should be displayed.
Serves and restocks food.
Re-stocks cutlery, napkins and condiments etc as required Remove all food offerings as directed.
Serves customers at all outlets in accordance with company and departmental operating standards.
Completes setup and closing tasks as required and assigned.
Ensure all Company and external rules with respect to hygiene are strictly followed.
Keeps food areas clean and tidy at all times.
When necessary assists in the bussing and cleaning of tables Maintains and reconciles cash drawer.
Processes all sales through the POS system using agreed Company procedures.
Handles any Guest complaints, and solicits the support of a supervisor as needed.
Develops and maintains an up to date knowledge of all Company events and promotions and be able to answer guests questions accordingly Performs all other duties as assigned.

Experience and Skills1.
High School Diploma or G.
E.
D.
required.
Prior food and beverage experience preferred.
Must have excellent customer service skills.

Must be able to lift, bend, kneel, stand, walk, push, pull, and carry weight for a full 8 hour shift.
3.
Must be able to work all shifts, and weekends/holidays as required.
4.
Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and through written communications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
