Job Description:
Motivates Surveillance agents to remain diligent and proactive in fulfilling the responsibility to protect the integrity of Casino operations, while maintaining a strong focus on providing excellent internal customer service.
Ensures compliance with all Casino service and operating standards, and all federal, state and local regulations.
Assists the Surveillance Manager in all technical areas on the Surveillance system.
Implements surveillance strategies that ensure the operational integrity and overall protection of customers, employees and Company assets.
Monitors the capability and individual performance of surveillance agents relative to Company service and operating standards.
Facilitates daily activities of the surveillance department to ensure that all procedures and practices are followed correctly and consistently.
Remains proactive and partners with the security department to take immediate action to protect customers, employees and the assets of the property from fire, theft, burglary, assault and other security issues.
Prepares work schedules for surveillance agents.
Partners with the security department to conduct investigations and prepares necessary reports.
Prepares purchasing requests to ensure that the surveillance department has the necessary inventory of supplies to operate effectively at all times.
Assists with hiring, training and scheduling of surveillance agents.
Evaluates performance of surveillance agents and consistently documents both positive and constructive feedback relative to Casino Service and operating standards.
The detection of the presence of any person who may or is required to be excluded or ejected from the Casino under 4 Pa.

1514 or 1515 of the Gaming Act and Chapters 511 and 513 of the Board's regulations, or is self-excluded from the gaming floor and gaming activities at all licensed facilities under 4 Pa.

Regularly analyze departmental Job Descriptions for relevance and effectiveness.
Performs all other duties as assigned.

Experience and Skills:
High School Diploma or G.

D.
required.
At least 1 year of experience in a management/supervisory role in surveillance or a related field preferred.
Must have excellent organizational and planning skills, strong communication skills and integrity.
Must have ability to handle stressful, volatile situations with poise and confidence.
Must be able to work all shifts and weekends/holidays as required.
Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and through written communications.
Must be knowledgeable of state and local laws and regulations.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
