Configure, install, troubleshoot, repair, update and maintain all desktops, laptops, mobile devices and all other firm approved technology peripherals.
Provide training to all staff on corporate IT policies, procedures, equipment and software.
Troubleshoot issues related to viruses, spyware and spam as required, Schedule maintenance plans and patch management Launch workstation maintenance plan for each quarter to perform disk cleanups, disk d-fragmentations, software audits and patch, version management.
Check email backups daily Check Sonic Wall and Microsoft firewalls daily.
Handle all Comcast, and Century Link communications for issues.
Maintain servers with daily troubleshooting and updating.
Maintain Citrix and all applications associated.
Assist employees with day to day trouble shooting issues.
Add/Delete new hires with computer access.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
