Electronics Engineer

The Beistle Company is a long-time manufacturer of party supplies and decorations and is looking for an ambitious and energetic Electronics Engineer to join our engineering team.
The Electronics Engineer will be responsible for identifying, leading, and managing warehouse automation projects from concept to implementation.
This position will coordinate with other departments, vendors, and contractors to ensure successful project completion.
The Electronics Engineer will develop project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure project goals are met in a timely manner to ensure project success.
JOB DUTIES:
Manage Process Optimization:
Analyze current warehouse operations and processes to identify areas where automated machinery can improve efficiency and reduce wasteDevelop and implement standard operating procedures for the use of robotic systems and automated processesCollaborate with production supervision and management to understand their needs and challenges and develop automation solutions to address themRegularly review and update processes and automation systems to ensure they remain effective and efficientDesign and Implement Automated Systems:
Develop and implement automated machinery and robotic systems to optimize shop floor operationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation systems with existing warehouse infrastructure and processesDesign and develop custom robotic solutions to address specific shop floor challengesUtilize AutoCAD 3D software and simulation tools to model and designCollaborate with vendors and suppliers to source components and materialsConduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed solutionsProvide technical support and training to production staff on the operation and maintenance of robotic systems and automated machinery
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related fieldMinimum 3-5 years of experienceStrong knowledge of warehouse operations, systems, and equipmentStrong project management and problem-solving skillsExperience with robotics in automation - collaborative and non-collaborativeStrong knowledge of HMI's and PLC ProgrammingAbility to utilize and comprehend wiring schematicsPractical experience with custom fabrication - machining, 3D printing, control cabinets, servos, VFD's, pneumatic cylinders, and finished assemblyKnowledge of safety regulations and standardsKnowledge and experience withSoftware - AutoCAD 3DProgramming software - OmronRobotics - UR Cobots, Omron, Yaskawa, and EpsonA PLUS Recommended Skills Auto Cad Electrical Engineering Human Computer Interaction Infrastructure Management Machinery Maintenance Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
