Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Club Manager to oversee the operations of our club.
The Club Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all club activities and providing exceptional customer service to our members.
This is a leadership role that requires strong management skills and the ability to drive business growth.
Knoweldge of the PA Small Games of Chance a big plus
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of club operations, including staff supervision, member services, and facility maintenance - Develop and implement strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth - Provide employee orientation and training to ensure a high level of customer service - Oversee scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluations for club staff - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Collaborate with the Assistant Manager to develop and implement marketing initiatives - Conduct interviews and hire qualified candidates for open positions - Set pricing for club memberships and services based on market analysis - Resolve customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the fitness or hospitality industry - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Proven track record in driving sales and achieving business targets - Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building strong relationships with members - Proficient in using club management software and Microsoft Office Suite If you are a dynamic individual with a passion for fitness and a drive for success, we invite you to apply for the position of Club Manager.
