Sales Training Specialist

Sales Training Specialist - Develop personal product sales knowledge and training skills in order to support and ultimately provide course instruction; Develop and deliver training for Region Americas including USA, Canada, Brazil and Hispanic countries; Organize, maintain and develop training course schedules, materials reference library, training and evaluation procedures and other educational materials; Coordinate with Marketing on the customer visit program to maximize support resources and maintain a high-level of Customer Center utilization while insuring an exceptional customer experience; Manage a training resource library based upon Product Manager needs; Assist Customer Center Manager with the acquisition, disposal, and use of necessary equipment, attachments, and training supplies for all Shippensburg based courses; Communicate feedback on product and program needs as appropriate to provide continuous improvement; Support the Customer Manager with site maintenance as possible; Support training activities, marketing events, customer visit program, competitive evaluations and trade shows; Provide first level support for ride & drive, walk-around and product presentations at the Customer Center; Assist with operator training as necessary; and Support the Director Customer Center & Sales Training as required for Global Competence Development initiatives and projects.
Requirements - Bachelor's or foreign degree equivalent in Engineering or Business and 5 years of experience in the job offered or 5 years of experience in the construction equipment industry working with equipment types and worksites/applications. Special skills - 5 years of experience with training and/or event coordination; telematics, site optimization, and eco-operation of equipment; construction equipment distribution practices; and project management. Domestic and international travel is required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
