Job Description:
  • Execute Sales to Order process with Dealers, global Factories, Field Based personnel, and External Suppliers
  • Deliver Inside Sales to secure complete product availability to all North American Dealers by:
    • Coordinating order entries with Dealers
    • Confirming, planning, scheduling, monitoring orders in production, shipping, and invoicing
    • Maintaining communication with Dealers and Suppliers to ensure constant and timely support
  • Deliver Inside Sales to secure complete product availability to all Global Dealers for export products from selected operations and product lines
  • Ensure on-time delivery of sales within agreed upon lead times
  • Manage all aspects of Inside Sales and machine orders with Zone 2 Suppliers, and Regional Completion Centre Sites from Dealer support to final invoice
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Machine Sales and Order Management:
    • Maintain continuous communication and support with Dealers, client Personnel, and External Suppliers in all matters related to sales, order, and machine deliveries for assigned area of responsibility.
    • Manage order entry support for Dealers, including training, issue resolution, etc
    • Responsible for training and supporting Dealers with use of the ordering system (MOM)
    • Ensure accurate model configurations on all orders
    • Manage and plan slot allocation for all sales and maintain updated information in SLAM
    • Responsible for sales, planning, order scheduling, and order confirmation for selected operations and product lines
    • Plan, execute, and process attachment orders with external suppliers
    • Responsible for all order management functions according to customer demand in order to deliver on time with high quality
    • Deliver high level customer service in coordination with Order Management, Production Planning, and Sales & Marketing Regions
    • Effectively communicate sales and order status in a timely and accurate way
    • Plan, execute, and process shipments to Final Destinations
    • Ensure invoicing is completed within agreed lead time with absolute accuracy
    • Prepare and analyze sales, order, and inventory reports as requested
    • Maintain FileMaker database at all times providing constant status updates on all orders
Other:
    • Perform other Inside Sales duties as required in order to support Dealer performance
    • Support Regional Completion Centre & 3 Channel Strategy development and deployment
    • Support Zone 2 Strategy development and deployment
    • Participate in Production Planning interfaces with Zone 2 Supplier
    • Support the global S&OP process within the StO and OtD processes
    • Generate and implement process improvements to increase stability, decrease lead time, and increase flexibility to our customers
    • Back up Product Data Management as required
    • Analysis and reporting of related KPIs (Production, Shipments, Delivery Precision, Delivery Time, Invoicing)
    • Support key projects as required
    • Other tasks as assigned

Education/Professional Qualifications required for the position:
High School Diploma required. BS education level is preferred. Study concentration in business, supply chain, or logistics is preferred.
Must be eligible to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship/no corp to corp or 3rdparty contracting arrangement / Adecco W2 only.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
