90357BR Job Summary: This position is responsible to manage, schedule, coordinate and perform technical service and soft products training administered both internally and externally to drive Customer Satisfaction through effective and efficient technical problem resolution.  In additional, this position is responsible for providing and implementing all information, processes and procedures as directed from CST Global for consistency of Volvo CE through the SNA Region.   Job Content:   1. Main Tasks/ Responsibilities/ Authorities Develop the Inter group / Intra group training programs (i.e. parts, warranty, electrical training) Develop and coordinate the Parts & Service Master Guild and Compass programs Manage all aspects of the training center (scheduling, planning, facilities/equipment needs,  reporting) Manage and Lead Technical Training Department, including Technical Trainers and Administrative Staff Act as liaison among North American Vo-Tech schools Support the Master-Cup competition based on the global guidelines Participate as a member in the Global Training Council (requires international travel) Develop and administer training policies and procedures Develop and administer the training group budget Interact with Technical Support group, VP's, Dealers, Suppliers and Representatives from various technical schools and competitors Act as an advisor and auditor for quality control of Volvo CE technical service, and soft products training programs ISO 9002 & ISO 14001 coordinator for areas concerning training department Perform training sessions as required, both backing up Technical Trainers and based on area of expertise Perform other duties as required 2. Key Skills Customer Understanding, Dealer Understanding, Product and Application Understanding, Technical Know How, Analytical Skills, Commercial Understanding, IS/ IT, Project Management, Financial Understanding, Negotiation Skills, Communication skills. Forums: External: Dealers and their CST organization. Trade Groups along with Volvo Key Accounts. Other related construction equipment organizations, such as but not limited too, AEMP, AEM, ACEM and others. Required knowledge & experience: 1. Education/ Professional Qualifications required for the position: Minimum of three years training and coordination experiencerequired, preferably in same or related industry Proficient skills required in the following areas: problem solving and analysis, interpersonal, verbal and written communication, organization, leadership, group presentations, interpersonal skills Must be proficient in use of personal computer, including skills in the following software programs:  Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook Proficient in the use of various types of audio visual equipment Minimum 10 years experience in the Construction Equipment Industry. Preference shown for candidates who possess a minimum of a two-year college degree in technically relevant field.  Bachelor's degree in a relevant field desired 2. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
